Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Giuro is a content-intelligence tool for creators. It reads your own platform metrics, measures them against your own history, and shows the result back to you. This policy explains what we access, why, how we store it, and the controls you have. Plain version up front: we only ever use your data to show you your own analytics β€” we never post on your behalf, sell your data, share your raw metrics, or use them to train AI models. (One optional, off-by-default exception β€” Community insights β€” is described below.)

Who we are

Giuro is operated by Giuro Media, the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@giuro.ai.

What we access

When you connect a platform (today, YouTube via Google sign-in), Giuro requests read-only access to your own content's metadata and your channel's analytics β€” for example views, watch time, and audience retention. Read-only means exactly that: we cannot post, edit, delete, or change anything on your account. We never see or store your platform password β€” access is granted through the platform's own OAuth sign-in.

Why we access it

Solely to compute and display your own performance baselines β€” the analysis you see inside Giuro, judged against your own recent posts and visible only to you. We do not build cross-creator profiles, rank you against other creators, sell or rent your data, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it to train machine-learning models.

Our legal basis

For users in the EU/UK: we process your account data and platform metrics to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract) and to operate and secure it (our legitimate interest). The optional Community-insights feature is processed only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Google user data

Giuro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The read-only YouTube Data and Analytics data we access is used only to provide your own analytics features inside Giuro, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features, and is not used for advertising.

What we store

Your email address (to sign you in), your normalized metrics and the scores we compute from them, and your platform connection β€” which holds an encrypted access token, never your password. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

Sub-processors

A small set of vetted providers helps us run Giuro:

We use no advertising or tracking third parties. If we add a payment processor (for paid plans) or any AI provider, we will list it here first.

Your controls

Disconnect any platform at any time from Settings β€” this revokes the token at the provider and stops Giuro reading new data. Delete your account at any time from Settings β€” this immediately disconnects your platforms and signs you out, then permanently deletes all of your data after a 30-day grace window. You can cancel the deletion any time within those 30 days simply by signing back in.

Access & export. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a portable format, at any time β€” email privacy@giuro.ai and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.

Community insights (optional)

Giuro is building an advisor that learns what tends to work for creators, and you can opt in to help. When one of your posts breaks out of your normal range, Giuro may ask why you think it happened; if you answer, we keep your written reflection alongside a coarse, de-identified label β€” only whether the post was above or below your own normal. We never attach your raw platform metrics, your handle, or anything that identifies you or your channel, and your raw numbers are never shared with other creators. Reflections are used only in aggregate, above a minimum group-size threshold, so no single creator's contribution can be singled out.

This is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time from Settings β€” doing so removes the reflections you have contributed. It is separate from the read-only analytics described above, which never leave your own account.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account it is permanently removed after the 30-day grace window described above.

Cookies

Giuro uses a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
