Working draft — closed beta. These terms are a plain-language placeholder for Giuro's invite-only beta. Final, counsel-reviewed terms will be published here before general availability. By using the beta you agree to the spirit of the terms below; nothing here is legal advice.
The service
Giuro is a content-intelligence tool that reads your own platform metrics, measures them against your own history, and shows the result back to you. During the closed beta it is provided to invited creators for evaluation, free of charge, and is offered as is while we build toward general availability.
Your content and rights
You keep all rights to your content and your data — Giuro never claims ownership of either. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to the material in the content you analyze and publish, and we may ask you to confirm that before assisting with publishing. Giuro reads your platform data read-only and never posts, edits, or deletes on your behalf without an explicit action you take.
Acceptable use
Use Giuro for your own channels and content. Don't attempt to access other creators' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that breaks a connected platform's own terms.
Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy — read-only, your-eyes-only analytics that we never sell, share, or use to train AI models, with one optional Community-insights feature that is off until you turn it on.
Beta — no warranty
The closed beta is provided without warranties of any kind. Features may change, pause, or break, and analytics may be incomplete while connectors and baselines are still maturing. We are not liable for decisions you make based on beta output.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page as the terms are finalized, and we'll communicate material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Giuro after an update means you accept the revised terms.
